In most cases, no. Solar PV systems are considered permitted development for domestic and non-domestic properties. However, exceptions apply if your property is a listed building or in a conservation area. Green Energy Solar can advise you if special permission is required.
You must have ownership of the roof or permission from the freeholder or landlord to install solar panels. Most flats do not qualify unless they are top floor with roof access and have owner permission.
No problem. The registration form allows estimates using industry averages. More accurate data can be provided later during the desktop and site survey.
No. Registration is free and there is no obligation. You will only pay the £150 deposit if you accept the personal recommendation after the auction.
The Feed-in Tariff scheme closed to new applicants in 2019. However, many energy providers now offer Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) payments for surplus electricity you export to the grid. Green Energy Solar can help you register for this
