As we continue to grow, weтАЩre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Assistant to support our finance and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

тАв Create and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly
тАв Manage and process monthly payroll
тАв Submit monthly VAT returns in compliance with HMRC requirements
тАв Upload supplier invoices into Xero using Hubdoc
тАв Prepare weekly payment schedules for supplier and contractor payments
тАв Compile and present monthly management accounts to senior leadership
тАв Maintain up-to-date sales statistics and internal performance reports
тАв Conduct and publish a monthly stock take
тАв Work closely with the Installation Manager to ensure accurate stock records
тАв Implement and manage a purchase order system

Qualifications

тАв AAT Level 3 qualification or above (or equivalent)
тАв Minimum 2 yearsтАЩ experience in a similar finance or accounts role
тАв Proficiency with Xero and Hubdoc is essential
тАв Strong understanding of payroll, VAT, and UK accounting regulations
тАв Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and general IT literacy
тАв Attention to detail with strong time management and organisation
тАв Experience preparing management accounts (preferred but not essential)

Green Energy Solar are looking for a motivated and passionate Solar and Battery Sales & Design Consultant.to join our fast growing company. We offer full and comprehensive sales and technical training along with a friendly work environment and clear┬аpaths for progression.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate solar sales consultants to join our fast-growing solar and battery installation company. You will have the first contact with customers, providing and educating them with information about products and the benefits of going solar. Your duties will include analysing the needs of the customer, calculating resources, preparing quotes and providing after sales support. Leads and Training will be Provided. Must have previous sales experience.

What youтАЩll do:

  • Speaking with customers to educate them on solar products and equipment.
  • Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems.
  • Gathering information to accurately identify the customerтАЩs solar needs.
  • Selecting solar energy products and systems to best suit the customerтАЩs needs.
  • Providing after sales service including courtesy calls and site visits.
  • Following up on sales quotes from other members of the sales team.
  • Generating potential leads for new accounts.
  • Contacting interested parties to discuss the benefits of solar panels with the aim of securing a sale.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 yearтАЩs experience in a commercial sales role within the solar sector
  • Must have a driving license.
  • Solar energy consultants must have strong customer service skills, so they can effectively interact with clients and potential clients.
  • Good analytical skills to effectively process information and use it to reach reliable conclusions.
  • IT skills are needed to use software and produce quotes and reports.

Description

Green Energy Solar is expanding, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Cardiff.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping customers make the switch to solar. Using a consultative, solutions-based approach, you’ll guide domestic and commercial clients through the process, turning enquiries into installs and building strong, lasting relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to generate interest and book consultations.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date (We use Monday).
  • Hit individual and team targets while helping us grow sustainably.
  • Confidently discuss our range of solar, battery and EV charging solutions.
  • Build rapport quickly using a friendly, honest and expert approach.
  • Creating customer quotes using OpenSolar.

Qualifications

  • 1+ yearsтАЩ experience in a desk-based sales role (B2C or B2B).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, confident, self-motivated and excited by growth and renewables.

Desirables:

  • Experience using OpenSolar.
  • Experience with solar energy systems and related technologies.
